We need 2 servers to be assigned to St. Louis Molito branch.
Floor Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests at the restaurant. The Floor Staff will take food and beverage orders, serve food and drinks, provide recommendations, and handle payment transactions.
Greet guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders in a professional and friendly manner.
- Serve food and drinks, ensuring that orders are correct and delivered in a timely manner.
Make recommendations and answer questions about menu items and specials.- Ensure that the dining area is clean and presentable, including setting and clearing tables.
Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests.- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Qualifications for Server
Proven experience as a Server- Strong ability to multi-task
Ability to problem solve quickly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Polite, engaging personality- Ability to follow directions
Willing to work in BGC/Alabang area (as needed)
- Able to start immediately
