The
Food Sanitation Specialist will oversee daily tray operations, conduct inventory checks, verify weekly cleaning, and coordinate with Sanitation Coordinators. The role includes performing plant audits, ensuring compliance with SSOP and work instructions while providing technical support to janitorial services to maintain high hygiene standards.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any science-related courses (Food Technology, Sanitary Engineering, etc.)
- With background in Food Safety, HACCP and ISO
- With knowledge in application of cGMP, and Basic Occupational Safety and Health
- With relevant experience in food sanitation
