Job Description- Performing hazard identification and risk assessment and procedures on establishing preliminary documents, provide documentation on raw material, packaging material, product, process and other preliminary documentation references and inputs for the establishments of food safety control and measures.
Awareness on the procedure of handling potentially unsafe products.- Design and conduct training and/or transferring of knowledge and technical-know-how.
Perform other duties as may be required by the immediate superior and/or the management.
- Knowledge in Food Safety practices; HACCP, and Serve Safe are an advantage.
With at least 3 years of work related experience
Applicant must be in possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a pertinent field, such as a B.Sc. or B. Tech. in food technology, dairy technology, biotechnology, agriculture science, or biochemistry.
