Job Description

  • Follow the Obic Group of Companies policies and procedures.

  • Perform dining operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the Obic Group of Companies.

  • Always greet guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.

  • Always thank and say farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.

  • Establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure the satisfaction of every individual guest.

  • Maintains the conversation and does not expose any sensitive topics to the guest.

  • Ensures that minimum brand standards are consistently implemented if not surpassed.

  • Responds to the results of the Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are executed.

  • Conducts weekly and monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and dining supplies. Makes orders, or advises superiors of the need to make orders.

  • Has a thorough knowledge of menu and presentation standards and sound knowledge of beverage preparation techniques.

  • Ensures that the store is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the heart of house areas.

  • Applies Food & Beverage service techniques correctly at all times, serving items with enthusiasm.

  • Completes the daily responsibilities that are set for each individual shift.

  • Reviews order dockets ensuring accurate and timely preparations for order requirements accordingly.

  • Recognizes and ensures the application of the step of the billing process.

  • Anticipates any unexpected guest needs and reacts promptly and tactfully.

  • Carries dirty dishes from the dining room to the kitchen.

  • Wipes tabletops and chairs, using damp, sanitized cloth.

  • Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and china.

  • Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in the dining room.

  • Serves beverages to guests and provides refills to guests in a timely manner.

  • Cleans and polishes glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment.

  • May sweep and mop floors when necessary.

  • May run errands and deliver food orders to offices and be designated, Runner.

  • Communicates effectively to know the daily task assigned.

  • Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the policies concerning fire, hygiene, health, and safety.

  • Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

  • Responds to changes in the Food & Beverage function as dictated by the industry.

  • Receive and store supplies. Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas.

  • Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

  • Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors due to business requirements.

  • Complete the specifications outlined in your Employment Contract.

    Pay: From Php11,900.00 per month
