Cut vegetables into appropriate shapes and sizes as per the requirements- Wash and clean vegetables thoroughly before cutting
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the working area
- Follow safety guidelines while working with sharp knives and other cutting tools
Ensure that the quality of the vegetables is maintained while cutting- Keep a record of the quantity of vegetables cut on a daily basis
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure that the vegetable, meat or seafood cutting is done in a timely manner
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager
- Requires 2 years or more of experience in fresh food markets and restaurant kitchen preparation
With good communication skills
- Familiarity with the initial processing and cutting procedures of various vegetables, meats, and seafood
Has an history of long-term and stable employment- Basic knowledge of different vegetable cutting techniques
Ability to operate and maintain sharp cutting tools and equipment
- Understanding of safety procedures and precautions while handling sharp objects
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately- Willing to Shifting schedule and graveyard shift
Willing to be assigned in Malate,Manila City
