the Responsible for the overall laboratory operations for the site in accoradance to Food Safety Management Systems and Global Quality Systems standards.- Reports to the QA Director. Represents QC in the Quality Leadership Team
Responsible for the effective implementation of testing, disposition tagging, and releasing of materials, intermediates, and finished products based on corporate policies and procedures.
- Owns the Quality & Food Safety strategy development, continuous improvement process and cost management for the laboratory. This includes development and execution of the QC Laboratory masterplan
Responsible for the overall quality control laboratory operations for Plants in Luzon (Sta. Rosa, Porac and Malvar based on QA and Site directions, delivery and review of QC & food safety key performance measures.- Responsible for the implementation of operational excellence strategies for laboratory operations in line with Product Supply organization directions.
Responsible for safety program, progressive maintenance program implementation for laboratory operations.
- Liases with QA leaders for the material and finished product performance results.
Leads the internal QA audit for the laboratory, including verification of actions.- Responsible for the effective recording and record keeping for all laboratory data in compliance with ALCOA+ (Data Integrity).
Responsible for the review and approval of laboratory-related corrective action plans.
- Will be the approver for all validation plans and close out reports related to laboratory equipment and test methods.
Develop and execute the QC specialist development for training and ongoing qualification.- Will be the project leader for QC Laboratory transformation projects.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registed Chemist, in compliance with RA 10657 (Chem Law)
With experience in managing a Quality Control Laboratory
- Willing to be based in MNC-Sta Rosa, Laguna Plant
With expectations to visit MNC Plants within Luzon (Porac, Malvar)
