Primary Responsibilities:- Responsible for quality and quantity control of food items dispatched from the kitchen, ensuring that these are always within the company's standards.
Receives Job Orders, prepares and checks food items and equipment needed for the function.- Responsible for the correct storage of the pre-portioned items and leftovers after operations time/function.
