We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our culinary and dining operations. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction across all food and beverage outlets within the organization. They will also be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of all food and beverage operations within a hospitality establishment.
Menu Planning and Development:- Develop and update menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and seasonal availability.
Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to create innovative and appealing dishes.
Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and room service.
- Monitor and maintain service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.- Ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling to meet customer demand.
Customer Service:
Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Inventory and Cost Control:
Manage food and beverage inventory to minimize waste and control costs.- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable pricing and contracts.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability of F&B operations.
Implement cost-saving measures and revenue enhancement strategies.
Marketing and Promotion:
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive business, such as special events, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create marketing materials.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.- Maintain all necessary permits and licenses.
Conduct regular safety and sanitation inspections.
- Wine and Beverage Management (if applicable):
Curate and manage the wine and beverage list, including selection, ordering, and pricing.- Train staff in wine and beverage service.
Event and Banquet Management (if applicable):
Plan and oversee banquets, private events, and catering services.
- Coordinate with event planners and clients to meet their specific requirements.
Evaluate F&B operations regularly and identify areas for improvement.- Implement best practices and process enhancements.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, culinary arts, or related field. Preferably with a Master's Degree)- At least 5 years of proven experience in F&B management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of culinary trends, food preparation, and beverage service
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Willing to be assigned in a remote location in El Nido, Palawan or willing to relocate in El Nido, Palawan
