Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in the field of hospitality or food service management, or a degree in business Management or any business-related course
With clear demonstration of teamwork, people skills, initiative, adaptability, analytical thinking, and problem solving capacity
Entirely responsible for the whole restaurant operations
Maintains the established cost and quality standards of the Restaurant and prepares necessary reports
At least 3 years working in food and beverage operation
Must have excellent customer service and floor management skills
