1 year + experience in restaurant, resort or hotel environment
With a high regard for professionalism and business ethics
Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for long periods & can multi-task- Team player, strong sense of urgency, good listening and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills, can handle complaints & quick to think on one's feet
Hospitality Management degree or relevant certification is required
