Food and Beverage Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Vikings Group of Companies in Quezon City. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing food service operations, managing customer service, implementing training programs, and budgeting for the department.

• Food Service, Food & Beverage, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in training and development in the food industry
• Budgeting and financial management skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, or related field
