Job Role:
This position is responsible for the management of general food & beverage department. Ensures that the various outlets and Banquet operations are individually profitable in accordance with the standard of hotel and within agreed budgetary limits.
Job Qualifications:
- College graduate must have at least 2 years further education related to the hotel and food and beverage industry or of a business nature to do the job;
With at least 3 years in Managerial position of the same capacity;- Should promote and ensure guest satisfaction, quality products are being served and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment;
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels;
- Assertive and customer oriented;
Articulate, fluency in other foreign language is an advantage;- Ability to work on a shift basis;
Proven leadership skills to lead and motivate a team; and
- Highly responsible with a positive attitude.
