The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking food and beverage orders, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Handles and entertains the customers in a courteous and friendly manner, promote sales, and handle cash and credit transactions. Other duties include stocking shelves, setting up dining areas, cleaning work areas, and assisting with other tasks as assigned. The successful candidate must be reliable, organized, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Take customers orders and serve food and beverages
Check quality of food and beverages and ensure they meet set standards- Prepare bills and process payments
Advise customers on menu items and beverages
- Ensure all tables are clean and tidy
Replenish supplies as necessary- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- F & B Attendant Skills and Requirements:
Excellent customer service- Knowledge of food and beverage products
Cash handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Past experience as a food server or similar role- Maintains a clean appearance
Can work well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Great communication and coordination skills (can speak direct English is a plus)
High level of physical endurance (at least 5'6 male ; 5'3 female)- Graduate or at least 2 years undergraduate of any hospitality management or business course
