1) Effectively set-up and operates flour packing machines and its auxiliary equipment based on standard operating parameters that will increase efficiency, quality and/or regulatory compliance.
2) Conducts pre-operational, in-process tests and post operational activities identified in the Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Policies.
3) Implements and performs the cleaning and sanitation of all flour packing machines, auxiliary equipment and production areas based on standard cleaning procedures and work instructions.
4) Checks sacks/bags to be used for production are in good quality condition.
5) Conducts reconciliation of packaging materials usage.
6) Conducts on-time preventive/predictive/reactive maintenance activities to all flour packing machines and auxiliary equipment.
7) Ensures that all flour packing machines, and its auxiliary equipment operates efficiently to meet the nominal rate standards with the confidence that every product produces conforms to both quality and regulatory requirements.
8) Reports to the Flour Packing Supervisor any finished product discrepancy/out of specification, machine problems and off standard packaging materials.
At least High School graduate
- At least six months experience in related industry
Knowledgeable on Good Manufacturing Practices is an advantage- Amenable to work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig
