Job Description:The purpose of this function is to ensure the preventive maintenance of company-owned fleet is being managed as scheduled.
Procuring vehicles, whether through lease, purchase, or other means, according to company requirements
- Registering, obtaining licenses, and insuring the company's vehicles
Maintaining accurate records of vehicles
- Ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations and filing paperwork in support of this compliance as needed
Scheduling repairs or preventative maintenance, ensuring that the necessary numbers of fleet vehicles are available at all times- Knows how to drive a manual and automatic vehicle and with valid driver's license
