Job SummaryThe Fleet HR Assistant will support the fleet operation in managing crew deployments. The ideal candidate must have experience in administration, documentation, organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Assist with the deployment process of crew
- Maintain and monitor requirements, documents and records to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Respond to inquiries of crew and provide support on fleet operational-related matters- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth deployment of the crew
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioural Science or any related field.- At least 1 years of crewing operation experience, with focus on maritime or shipping industries
Knowledge of crewing operation policies, procedures, and best practices is beneficial
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Can adapt to a fast-paced environment, able to multitask simultaneously, goal oriented- Proficient in MS office applications
