Conducting site visit for Fixed Asset Inventory Issuance of travel order report to personnel- Making of entry for the transfer of aggregates
Conducts monthly physical inventory & generate necessary reports for inventory adjustment
- Making monthly summary of Construction-In-Progress transactions
Updates PPE lapsing schedule and entry transactions in the system- Keeping the record of fixed asset up-to-date as per status & location
Coordinates with other branches for inventory related transactions
- Prepares necessary inventory adjustments of aggregates every month form different branches
Encoding of STFs (excel and system through Item Conversion or Adjustment) aggregates- Conducting site visit for Fixed Asset Inventory
Encoding and posting of depreciation journal entry in the system
