QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree of any 4 years course
With Red Cross First Aider Certificate(Attend training as required. This includes an annual CPR update).- Knowledgeable in applying first aid procedure.
Knowledgeable, awareness and desire to be accident free to keep more safe an secure, reducing the number of casualties and accidents.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as first aider .
With extensive experience in implementing safe work practices.- Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
Active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and tactful in stressful situations.
Ability and willingness to work with open cuts, burns, and other injuries.- Good judgement and evaluation skills
Good interpersonal skills
- Accurate to details and flexible
Proficient with MS Applications Give immediate temporary treatment in case of injury and illness.- Record all the daily findings and and care given to the patient.
Manage the incident and ensure the continuing safety of themselves, bystanders and casualties .
- Arrange other emergency services to attend like fire/security/ ambulance/ evacuation.
Perform other related duties as assigned.- Maintains neat and tidy first aid room
Maintains adequate inventory of first aid supplies; request additional supplies when needed.
- Priorities casualties based upon medical need.
Develop, implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Programs, and Health Procedures.- Examines patients and treats injuries within the scope of training and or refers patient to appropriate practitioner or clinic or arranges for transport to locate hospital
