Roles and Responsibilities
- Participates in the development of application enhancements by collaborating with other technical resources and understanding conceptual design and applying it to business objectives and requirements.
- Prepares Comprehensive Technical Requirements documentation for developers (UI layout, Table designs, Process flow diagrams, Data Dictionary, report layout)
- Performs Systems Integration Testing and Data validations on completed enhancements or new modules completed.
- Prepares approximate estimates for development efforts associated with application enhancements.
- Contributes to the review of technical design for application enhancements by collaborating with stakeholders as needed to ensure application development meets architecture guidelines and standards.
- Serves as a technical resource by providing consultation during creation of test cases and answering business and technical inquiries.
- Responds to service desk escalations and develop resolutions to ensure quality level of service.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- With 3-5 years implementation and development experience in Financial ERP.
- Working knowledge of basic application development standard procedures, concepts and principles
- Basic knowledge of design, development and application of technology for enhancement purposes
- Working knowledge of technical documentation
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and relevant milestones
