Job Title: Financial Specialist
Salary: $1,200 - $1,500 per month
Work Set-Up: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Call and email accounts to collect overdue payments.
Communicate effectively to overcome objections and excuses for non-payment.
Maintain accurate contact information within the CRM system (Apparel Magic).
Review ACH transactions to match payments with outstanding invoices.
Identify and resolve discrepancies, particularly regarding unpaid shipping costs.
Reconcile and classify payments with all brand partners.
Assist with various administrative and financial duties to maintain organization and efficiency.
Software/Platforms/Tools:
CRM system (Apparel Magic)
ACH transaction systems
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of freelancing experience
Strong communication skills; comfortable making collection calls and sending emails.
Proficiency in project management and multitasking.
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Apparel Magic, is a plus.
CPA certification is advantageous and may result in a higher salary offer.
Shift Schedule:
Monday - Friday, US Pacific Standard Time (PST)
