JOB OBJEBTIVE: Directly responsible for consolidation of all financial statements of all business units under Yellow Cab and in managing the preparation of all nternal and external financial reporting to all stakeholders.
Overall responsible in ensuring timely submission of all financial reports and schedules needed for Management and similar reporting compliance
Overall responsible in ensuring compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
Overall responsible for external audit engagements
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Post graduate degree (MBA) an advantage
With at least 2 years of experience with a Big 4 accounting firm, with exposure to SEC and financial reporting
Working knowledge of regulations is required combined with the ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting issues
At least 4 years of experience in Financial Reporting
CPA/ CMA / CFA an advantage
Expert in MS Excel
Working knowledge with any ERP system
Updated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and well knowledgeable in Philippine Financial Reporting Standard (PFRS)
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent communication skills necessary to communicate and discuss concerns to Corporate Finance, SBU Finance and Shared Service Accounting.
