• This Opportunity

The Financial Reporting Team in Manila, Philippines is recruiting a full-time Financial Reporting Accountant who will report into the Team Lead. The responsibilities of this role will include:

• Prepare draft financial statements under US GAAP or IFRS for low, medium and high complexity funds.

Process client/auditor comments on financial statements.

• Assist clients/auditors in addressing financial statements queries.

Coordinate/communicate with various departments within the company.

• Complete additional ad-hoc tasks as required to support the various functional groups of the company.

Outside of prime audit season, the role will encompass engaging with Opus global clients and their investors on items requiring their attention.

• A Little Bit About You

You hold a bachelor's degree in finance/accounting.

• You are a qualified accountant with an accredited accounting body.

You have 2-3 years of experience in preparing financial statements for funds (hedge and private equity).

• You possess a deep understanding of funds and the fund administration industry.

You have strong skills in Excel and Word.

• You are detail-oriented and proficient under pressure.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with US GAAP is required; IFRS/FRS102 experience is preferred and valuable.

Pay: Php30,
