Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
- Reports to the Chief Finance Officer
- Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Creates variance analysis reports
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying the cause of any unexpected variances
- Presents detailed monthly financial reports to the management
- Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams
- Creating, compiling, and submitting financial reports, preparing key metrics and investment opportunities.
- Presents the results of the reports to the stakeholders
- Identify and comprehend business issues; propose and carry out solutions
- Teaming up with the executive team to develop the company's medium to the long-term financial and strategic plan
- Working with various business units to forecast income and expenses
- Provide comprehensive review and commentary on cost center finding
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of financial planning experience
- Must be Certified public accountants (CPA) or certified financial analysts (CFA)
- Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively on cross-functional projects
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial management
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Above average verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
- Able to communicate complex concepts persuasively to different audiences and levels within the organization
- Responsible, self-motivated, must be capable of and enjoy working independently, driving decisions, and having an entrepreneurial mindset
