Job Description

8-10 years of experience managing the whole FP&A functions, including but not limited to, budget, forecast, variance analysis, management reporting
Produce and give insights for Management Report (PNL, Cash Flow and BS)
Heavy on operational Analysis driving demand and supply, as critical in forecasting financial top line
Has experience on start up, tech or financial services company
Experience on dealing with investor and managing financial requirements
Manage Full Cycle of budgeting, experience on doing 5-10 year Budget with various LOB
Manage Budget approval and evaluate every spending, campaign initiative vs expected yield
Manage Budget approval/Monitoring and evaluate every spending, campaign initiative vs expected yield
Managed CAPEX to ensure management capture the actual vs with what is planned
Elevate the FP&A Team to the next level by managing team's KPI and monitoring the same

Requirements

Proactive, and assertive in doing task and can work independently
Willingness to do deep dive to avaialble data and uncover any significant analyis
Able to influence decision making by giving clear insig
Clear communication and presentation skills
