What You'll Do
- Monthly Reporting assist in preparation of reports for internal and regional reporting. Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterlyreports. Help in the preparation of quarterly business review (QBR) presentations.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Plan Review assist in the fill-up of templates and loading of information into BA&R system.
- Weekly Sales Forecast and SG&A / GTN Management support and consolidate weekly sales updates and work with commercial team for SG&A, A&P & GTN trackers. Help to monitor promo analyzer (PA) requests and prepare report of actual claims vs budget. Compute excess accruals quarterly for approval of Finance Manager.
- Working Capital Management analyze AR aging and work with different functions to mitigate and reduce overdue invoices and undocumented rebates and RTVs and to identify risks to P&L.
- Support specificcommercial analysis and projects to drive growth and margin.
- Participate in other special projects and process improvements to streamline reporting process and increase effectiveness.
- Support in preparing ad-hoc reports/analysis as requested by leadership team.

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or its equivalent
- 5+ years in accounting and financial reporting experience (MNC is Advantage)
- Good knowledge of MS Office particularly in Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal & influencing skills to interact with all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner
- High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style
- Must possess high level of integrity and a positive working attitude
- 1 year contract with possibility for extension/permanent
