The Financial Planning & Analysis Officer (EMEAA) at Jollibee will report to the EMEAA Head of Finance, Controls, & Compliance and act as the finance lead for the assigned market.
- Oversees and ensures accurate and timely consolidation of management reports, and compliance with local and international accounting standards (IAS, IFRS, GAAP).
- Develops, reviews, and recommends improvements to both operational and financial policies, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Monitors and analyzes budget expenditures, reviews operational requests, and conducts evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities while ensuring alignment with business plans.
- Provides business intelligence through financial reports to support strategic decision-making and shared responsibility for cash flow management with the local finance head.
- Leads the financial aspects of ad-hoc projects involving Operations and Support Group.
- Guides financial strategy during meetings for long-term goal setting, organizational development, and strategic decisions affecting the company.
- Leads the preparation, review, and finalization of Strategic and Annual Operating Budgets, collaborating with the EMEAA Head of Finance.
- Provides insights on EMEAA Market performance through reviewing sales, Profit & Loss, and other business reports.
- Tracks profitability, Return on Invested Capital (ROIC), and maintains confidential financial data while offering recommendations for asset and finance management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate of Accounting or Finance-related courses.
- Preferably a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
- Must have 3-5 years in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Planning, and/or Audit in similar industries or multinational corporations.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Must have good communication and presentation skills with strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
