ZigZag is looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our team!

About The Role

This role is responsible for the provision of high-level administrative support to the Advice Team

Duties:

  • Complete Policy Calls and updating of the Financial Planning tools and client files
  • Assist with the requesting of Insurance Quotes and follow-up
  • Monitoring of submission and progress of administration documents such as Information Authorities
  • Complete product comparison reports and analysis, including research and contacting providers for specific client portfolio information
  • Data entry, including updating of client files and maintaining accuracy
  • Research of existing investment and insurance products
  • Liaising with insurance firms, superannuation funds, and other platforms

Competencies:

  • At least two years experience in the Financial Planning Industry Xplan or IFF experience is desirable
