About The Role
This role is responsible for the provision of high-level administrative support to the Advice Team
Duties:
- Complete Policy Calls and updating of the Financial Planning tools and client files
- Assist with the requesting of Insurance Quotes and follow-up
- Monitoring of submission and progress of administration documents such as Information Authorities
- Complete product comparison reports and analysis, including research and contacting providers for specific client portfolio information
- Data entry, including updating of client files and maintaining accuracy
- Research of existing investment and insurance products
- Liaising with insurance firms, superannuation funds, and other platforms
Competencies:
- At least two years experience in the Financial Planning Industry Xplan or IFF experience is desirable
