Job Description Summary
The Portfolio Strategy team is a team of dedicated analysts producing financial, location, workplace and business analysis to define our client Real Estate strategy at the global, regional and local level. In addition, we produce portfolio analysis, mining opportunities to improve efficiency and develop the project roadmap.
The role is to produce cash flow, NPV, P&L and Balance Sheet analysis to support the decision-making process of real estate strategy for one of the largest Cushman & Wakefield clients globally.
Responsibilities
Job Description
- Prepares complex and sophisticated cash flow and GAAP analyses, lease comparisons, lease restructures,
lease vs. buy, acquisitions/dispositions, strategic real estate alternatives, subleases, sale leaseback's,
cancellations/buyouts, relocations, build-to suits, and other strategic real estate alternatives.
- Prepares clear, concise, and presentation ready documentation and spreadsheets that support and explain
the basis of the analyses for use in client presentations, proposals and/or reports.
- Run various financial analysis for multiple scenarios and analyse results to provide a recommendation.
- Present and explain results of the analysis to the client including C-Suite executives.
Skills
- Very strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Knowledge in VBA, ability to write and modify macros
- Ability to handle large dataset of numbers coming from multiple data sources and stakeholders
- Strong knowledge in finance and / or accounting
