Job Overview:
The Financial Management & Budget Manager is responsible for:
- Performing analysis of financial results/financial information, KPIs, variances and trends of the Group and of subsidiaries;
- Budget consolidation and analysis, through collaboration with subsidiaries globally and with other Corporate functions;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the budget process.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring of budget and group initiatives, makes recommendations and adds value to the process;
- Prepares analysis needed for investor relations, as well as supports other Corporate functions;
- Manages ad hoc initiatives/projects.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Abide by and perform to the best of his/her abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course;
- Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives;
- Shall not disclose any confidential information in respect of the affairs of the Company to any unauthorized person;
- Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the Company from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.
