Clinica Prime Cebu, Inc. (CPCI), a subunit of LH Paragon, Inc. (LHPI), is currently seeking an experienced Finance Director to be part of CPCI's Finance Department. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and have a proven track record in overseeing financial operations and reporting, as well as experience in managing SAP implementation and configuration. Candidates with experience at any of the Big 4 accounting or audit firms or top healthcare companies are highly preferred. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: developing and managing the company's budget according to business objectives and directions.
- Audit and Tax Compliance: ensuring that the company's financial statements comply with accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Financial Analysis: analyzing and interpreting financial data to make sound recommendations to senior management for improving the company's financial performance.
- Relationship Management: liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth finance and accounting operations
- Team Management: responsible for supervising the accounting team and ensuring effective performance and development.
- Process Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current workflows and identify areas for improvement. Define process objectives, scope, timelines, and required resources. Develop detailed process maps, documentation, and workflow designs to guide implementation.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work in Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City, Cebu.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in finance & accounting; with at least 2 years in a supervising or managerial capacity.
- Experience with any of the Big 4 Accounting/Audit Firms or top healthcare companies is highly preferred.
- Must possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis tools, keen attention to detail as well as experience with SAP or QuickBooks.
- Must be an effective team leader with the ability to organize and execute when under demanding conditions and the demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders from all levels of the organization effectively.
- Must demonstrate strong and grounded analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
