The Financial Counselor is responsible for interviewing patrients, providing financial counseling by estimating balances due and offering oppurtunities for payment. Likewise, he/she is responsible for securing payment or contract for payment.
At least a graduate of any Four-year (4) course ; preferably Hospitality-related course with medical background
- Minimum of four (4) years of work experience
With two (2) years in supervisory capacity- Customer service oriented
Excellent in interpersonal and communications skills both written and oral
- Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Office applications
