Financial Cost Management

Requirement:

• This role will support FinOps (Infrastructure and Software Cost)
• Infrastructure Support:
• Will be working with the manager of FinOps Financial with building reporting.
• Helping to dive into the consumption data to understand the drivers of growth.
• Working with segment partners to get insights into initiatives that are driving consumption.
• Software Support
• Track and maintain records of all software agreements.
• Build new database of all agreements that we can maintain all records.
• What is the software used.
• When agreements are expiring
• How many licenses and unit cost
• Total financial impact per month and per year
• Review risks/opportunities of these agreements against our plan.

Skills:

• Should be comfortable with data analytics and its tools such as PowerBI, Advanced Excel.
• Can think outside of the box with minimal guidance, this is a manager level role so individual should be comfortable to take charge.
• Has experience in financial management (not accounting, but financial planning), understanding cost control.
