Qualifications:- Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience
in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years
in a leadership role.GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
Proven experience in
financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.- Advanced spreadsheet and MS Excel knowledge (familiarity with formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quickbooks, Zoho).
- Experience in US Healthcare industry
Strong project management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with IT companies,
preferably SaaS- High comfort level working on
Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
Good internet access at home at least 25 MBPSLaptop/Desktop of at least 16 GB
