Commercial Business Analyst who can work with us
full-time and on-site!

Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu- Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
Analyse commercial performance data to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers impacting business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using BI tools - Looker (Google version for PowerBI)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and reporting solutions.- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep dives to support strategic initiatives and address specific business questions.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains to optimise commercial performance.
Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies and decision-making.- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting platforms.
- We would need you to be or have the following:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on commercial performance analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and visualization using BI tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and macros, and a focus on financial modelling and analysis.
Solid understanding of commercial concepts- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
