Work involves managing performance, financial, and compliance audits, providing consulting services, contributing to the internal audit plan, and using an agile risk-based approach to assist in achieving organizational objectives. Provides independent assurance and advisory services to Converge and subsidiaries.

Qualifications:_
- Bachelor degree from a reputable college or university
Must be CPA, preferably CIA and/or CFE- At least 10 years of full-time experience in internal auditing, risk management, external auditing, operations, accounting, business process analysis or evaluation. Must have at least five (5) years experience in a supervisory/managerial level.
_AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
_- Assisting the CAE in creating an Internal Audit Plan for Converge ICT and Subsidiaries, including financial and compliance audits. Managing auditable risk areas in the Finance function, assessing controls to mitigate financial risks, and proposing budgets for key risk areas.
Responsible for managing Internal Audit Engagements and supervising audit activities. Communicates results to Line Management and Chief Audit Executive. Manages Financial audit procedures, monitors progress, conducts interviews, reviews documents, and develops audit reports. Directs audits related to finance and support processes, conducts research, identifies audit issues, and communicates results to Senior management and Audit Director.
- Responsible for monitoring audit recommendations to ensure implementation, guiding post-audit procedures, validating actions, and reporting results to the Chief Audit Executive through Quarterly Reports.
Responsible for developing a high-performing team through training, coaching, setting objectives, monitoring performance, giving feedback, mentoring, addressing challenges, identifying competency gaps, providing development solutions, pursuing professional development opportunities, and sharing knowledge with coworkers.- Performs HR administrative functions for line leaders, including approval of DTR adjustments, leave applications, and work schedule changes. Complies with HR and departmental requirements like online requests for DTR adjustments, leave applications, work schedule changes, and IT service requests.
