POSITION: Business Analyst/Finance Analyst
REPORTS TO THE: Sales Admin Lead
JOB LOCATION: San Rafael, Bulacan
WORK SCHEDULE & SET UP: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (full-time onsite role)
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- 25,000 to 35,000 per month (non-negotiable)
- 13th month guaranteed bonus
- HMO (Coverage 200,000/member/illness/year. Eligibility upon confirmation of regularization. Inclusion of 3 dependents after 1 year in service - spouse and 2 children)

JOB SUMMARY: The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the organization by providing financial analysis and actionable insights to optimize profitability and performance. This position serves as a business partner to key departments, including Sales & Marketing, Formulation, RMS, and Plant Operations, and is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial forecasting and reporting. The Business Analyst will be tasked with analyzing key financial drivers impacting gross profit and providing recommendations to meet or exceed financial targets. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Business Analyst will ensure financial forecasts are aligned with company goals and will explain changes or variances appropriately. The role also involves conducting in-depth analysis of financial performance, particularly with respect to gross profit and customer health performance, while supporting business strategies like pricing and profit analysis for toll mill accounts.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- May require travel to Manila office, Bukidnon plant for critical meetings and coordination
- Adept in Microsoft office such as Excel, PowerPoint
- Willing to learn and explore BI (Business Intelligence) tools or similar
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics and other related field
- Must have experience in business/data/financial analysis
- Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail including proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint and SAP
- Strong understanding of process and systems and business environment
- Ability to communicate and drive results cross-functionally; confidence to both suggest and support new ideas and approaches
- Self-starter, proactive and demonstrated ability to work with less supervision.
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
