The Finance Analyst specializing in Security Operations who can accompany on-site visits. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of security tasks, including the computation and analysis of physical security costs. This involves evaluating elements such as perimeter walls, access control (doors, biometrics), CCTV systems/plans, floor plans, security guard expenses, and cost per square meter and facilitating billing processes with security agencies.
- TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
With at least 2 years of financial accounting/analysis, or any related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experienced in accounting applications are advantageous.- Someone who is adaptable, exhibits good analytical and has good problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City (Monday to Friday)
