Our Client is a subsidiary of one of the most prestigious Philippine Conglomerates and a Sustainability and Green Solutions Driven Developer and Operator within the Philippine Non-Hazardous Refuse Sector with an eye to Renewable Energy Solutions. With the acquisition of a new business, they are commencing on their Change Management journey to implement modern and proficient systems and processes across the whole company.

Reporting the CFO, the role of Financial Modelling & Budgets Manager will play a key role within the FP&A Team and contribute to the Development and Implementation of proficient Systems and Processes and the development of a Dynamic and Positive Team Orientated Culture. The key responsibilities of this role can be summarized as:

• Financial Modelling, planning and budgeting.
• Pricing, metrics and profitability
• Business reviews from a financial perspective (actual vs. budget)

The ideal candidate will be Degree qualified in accounting. Also, Post Graduate Degrees such as an MBA or Masters in Finance and CPA certification Post Graduate Degrees would be well regarded.

To succeed in the role, we expect the following Knowledge base:

• Good understanding of corporate finance, and financing aspects for business
• Knowledge in financial modelling, budget cycle, forecasting and cost-benefit/profitabilityanalysis
• Comprehensive understanding of business reporting activities and processes

Experience and Skills:

• At least 5 years of combined experience in corporate finance, budgeting, Modelling etc.
• Proven track record in any of the following: (a) Leading or significantly participating in periodic budgeting process; (b) Funding initiatives; and (3) Financial Modelling.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate, strong MS Office, especially Excel and its functions related to financial modelling (Pivot tables, vLookups etc)
• Process Review and Improvement
• Project Management Skills
• Analytical skills
