FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING ANALYST

• Job Type: Full time 9am-6pm EST; 6-month trial period with potential for permanent placement.

• About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accounting and Reporting Analyst to join our team on a 6-month trial basis. This role is ideal for highly-skilled professionals who excel in data analysis and financial reporting. The successful candidate will work in the billing department and will work closely with our billing developers to enhance the financial reporting aspects of our EHR System.

• Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve financial reporting modules, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Perform detailed data analysis to support financial decision-making and reporting.

• Collaborate with billing developers to enhance the functionality of our financial system; collecting data and explaining what's needed to the developers.

Outline the structure and format of revenue cycle management reports, providing clear guidelines and specifications.

• Ensure all financial reports and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Establish and monitor specific KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) related to the development of financial reports.

• Support back-office financial operations, focusing accuracy and efficiency in financial data handling.

Any important financial and reporting-related tasks as assigned.

• Qualifications:

• CPA Certification

Proven experience in financial reporting, data analysis and accounting.

• Proficient in accounting software and financial systems; experience with EHR Systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills, Ability to clearly outline and document financial report structures and requirements.

• Comfortable working independently and behind the scenes, with a focus on back-office operations.
