Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Investment Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finance, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in the screening, evaluation, and management of potential investments across various alternative asset classes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in screening and evaluating potential investments in private equity, venture capital, private debt, and other alternative investment opportunities.
Facilitate communication and information gathering with founders and General Partners (GPs) to conduct thorough due diligence.
Learn the team's workflows and remain on top of responsibilities within that process to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with financial markets, investment principles, and financial analysis.
Hyper-organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple endeavors simultaneously.
Keen interest in deepening knowledge of alternative investments and staying abreast of industry trends.

Strong written and verbal communication skills enable the ability to effectively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous 3-5 years experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related financial services is preferred.
