Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. This role is crucial in helping the company achieve its financial goals and ensuring efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast future financial performance.

Conduct profitability analysis for various business units and product lines.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, providing explanations for variances.

Collaborate with department heads to gather input for budget and forecast processes.

• Reporting:

Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Generate management reports to provide insights into financial performance.

Create ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by senior management.

• Strategic Planning:

Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial analysis and projections.

• Evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions and investments.

Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.

• Risk Management:

Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

• Monitor market trends and economic conditions that may impact the company's financial performance.

• Compliance:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial information and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

With at least 2 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.

Proficiency with financial software and tools such as Microsoft Office tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
