Job Title: Financial Analysis Supervisor (AU)
Hybrid (Mon-Fri, 7:00am to 4:00pm)
Take ownership of key tasks within the financial planning and analysis function, providing key insights and strategic recommendations to drive business performance
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed explanations of financial performance to senior management.- Collaborate closely with stakeholders within the business to develop financial strategies, identify opportunities for growth, and drive operational efficiencies
Drive the implementation and optimization of financial reporting systems and tools, including BI reporting, to enhance data-driven decision making
- Adopt management reporting software within the Xero ecosystem e.g. FathomHQ
Overhauling the GL Chart of Accounts to support ongoing performance analysis- Monthly performance analysis variance analysis, monthly dashboard report
To update 3-way models running for 36months updated monthly with actuals
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Client
- What will make you a great fit:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years demonstrated proficiency of professional skill and knowledge in accounting, internal controls, financial reporting and modelling.- With experience preparing 3-way models and KPI analysis
With experience in preparing annual budgets, forecasts and multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation
- With experience in decision support / stakeholder management. Can understand key drivers and has commercial acumen and ability to engage with other people in the organization.
Advanced Excel Skills, working with complex spreadsheets, Budgeting tool- Curious, self-discipline, and have the desire to perform
Self-starter and independent
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and good record-keeping practices.
Excellent in written & spoken English- Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule depending on client deliverables
With experience working in a SAAS Industry or IT company.
