As a
Financial Advisor - Life Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our life insurance products. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering tailored life insurance solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of life insurance products, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities in the life insurance sector.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling to expand the customer base.
- Sales Presentations and Consultations:
Conduct detailed consultations with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Present tailored life insurance solutions that address clients unique requirements, providing clear and concise information about product benefits and features.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to individuals and groups, highlighting the value of life insurance products.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.- Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to close deals and secure new business.
- Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and updating policies as needed.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their evolving needs and propose suitable adjustments to their insurance coverage.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional life insurance products and services to existing clients.
- Educate clients about the benefits of additional coverage options, encouraging them to consider comprehensive protection plans.
Job Requirements:
- College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other
related fields.- LOMA courses preferred but not required
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on life insurance products.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Life insurance business
Ability to communicate and interact in a professional manner- Ability to negotiate/persuade others for the Company
Ability to handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account
