• Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including referrals, networking, and marketing strategies.

• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients insurance needs and financial goals.

Policy Recommendations: Provide tailored insurance solutions, including individual life, group life, health, and insurance with investment component.

• Financial Planning: Educate clients on the importance of financial planning and help them understand their options for securing their financial future.

Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and regular policy reviews to ensure their needs are continuously met.

• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• With strong sales and negotiation abilities, or willing to be trained

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Ability to understand and explain complex financial products, with in-depth trainings included

Previous experience in sales or insurance is a plus, but not required

• A high school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications are advantageous
