As a Financial Accounting Head your Job Role is to:- Assist in the design and development of computerized system relating to and affecting general accounting and tax planning & management functions, including implementation, evaluation and monitoring thereof.
Facilitates the archiving of files including coordination to the concerned members from filling of documents up to maintaining the bin location of boxes in the storage warehouse.- Assist in formulating and administering sound accounting policies and procedures and recommends revision if necessary
Plans and organizes works to be performed by the Financial Accounting Unit members.
- Updates regularly Individual Operations Manual (IOM)
Ensures compliance to 5s.
- As a Head of the Financial you are expected to:
Supervise and overseeing of the Financial Accounting operations- Preparation of Financial and Management reports
Supervision and evaluation of General Accounting members performance
- The Job requirement for this role are:
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is advantage but not required
With above average scholastic record- Minimum of three (3) years experience in General Accounting and Bookkeeping
