Position: Financial Accountant (CPA)
Location: 1880 Building, Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Set-up & Shift: Hybrid Set-Up & Dayshift

Your Role:

. Prepare and review monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets of the company per the agreed month end timetable.
. Assist with preparing financial reports and presentations for monthly management meetings with the Directors and other Leadership team.
. Reconcile and present all balance sheet accounts for review by the Group Financial Controller monthly
. Preparation of monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statements across Australia and New Zealand for review by the Group Financial Controller
. Assist the Group Financial Controller with Annual Audit preparation and data sample collection as required by the external auditors.
. Assist to develop and drive process improvement strategies within finance and across the business
. Assist with detailed analysis of the business projects and business performance when required.

Qualifications:

. Bacheloru0027s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any other related fields.
. At least five (5) years of experience as Financial Accountant with strong background in financial analysis, month-end closing procedures, reconciling balance sheet accounts in full (not just bank reconciliations) and handling profit and loss accounts (with detailed variance analysis).
. Must be a CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
. Excellent Communication Skills (can effectively communicate in all levels within the organization).
. Can demonstrate high level of understanding in all areas of the finance and accounting functions.
. Keen to details and has great organizational skills and can manage multiple deadlines
. Has initiative, proactive and can demonstrate conflict resolution and critical thinking skills
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
. Amenable to Work on Dayshift (AU Time).
. Amenable to Hybrid Work Arrangement.
