Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Supervisor at The Tagline Group's office in Pasig. The Finance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, analyzing financial statements, conducting audits, and managing accounting functions. They will also be involved in financial planning and decision-making processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Audit the Financial Statements of all companies (Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flow, and Net Worth)
- Weekly audit of disbursement and collection report including weekly projection
- Monthly audit of bank reconciliation report
- Audit of project cost estimates (CEs)
- Audit of monthly billing and collection report
- Pre-audit of sales invoices to match them against the approved CEs in the IOS.
- Pre- and Post-Audit of Corporate (In-house) Payroll, including accuracy of timekeeping and completeness of employees cash advance (EFAP) and mandatory deductions (SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, and W/tax)
- Pre- and Post-Audit of cheques prepared by the Finance Department (OPEX, Project, and Manpower) by ensuring completeness of the attachments and signatures of approver on budget requests
- Audit of Project Managerâs ASL
- Approve final liquidation of project check requests in IOS
- Spot-audit of cash (revolving fund)
- Audit of all project closures
- Audit and maintain a good inventory record of company assets, including project assets
- Audit of accounting records of amortization, and lapsing schedule.
- Audit and monitor taxes payable of all companies
- Issue audit findings to the concerned personnel/department through an internal audit memo on all deficiencies noted
- Submit audit reports to the CEO
- Monitor the resolution of all audit findings
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and auditing principles
- Experience in creating and analyzing financial statements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
