We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. As a Finance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization in the Philippines.
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast company performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with department heads to prepare and manage annual budgets.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital.
- Implement effective cash management policies and procedures.
Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial management or a related role.
Must have a strong background in tax and compliance- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Experience with financial software (Xero)- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.
