About the Supervisor Financial Applications Support Role:
The Supervisor Financial Applications Support Role is part of a global team involved in supporting and managing enhancements to the internal Financial and HR applications used by Citco. This includes, but not limited to, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle Governance Risk & Compliance
Supervisor Financial Applications Support Job Duties in Brief :
Delivery of Enhancements/Change/Solutions (incl. POC's, Patches, Upgrades)
Adherence to governance Framework
Management of responsible enhancements via JIRA partnering with external partner where applicable for delivery
Creation/approval of design specs AN.100 using Oracle Unified Method
Execution of System Integration Testing
Support of UAT: Environment preparation
Bugs/Issues Where things do not work as expected. Resolution via Service desk, Triaged by COE and escalated vie Internal Support team, Oracle Support and 3 rd Party Managed Support
System maintenance activities: New operating units, updating reference information
Security configurations and maintenance
Special Projects
About You :
2+ Years hands on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials
6+ years working with Finance applications e.g. Oracle EBS End user experience/Support
Solid understanding of the software release life cycle
Competent in reviewing and completing Oracle OUM documentation
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Exposure to Programs used with Oracle EBS/Fusion, including but not limited to: Dataload, Config SnapShot, More4Apps
Familiarity with using incident and change management tools. Service desk, JIRA, My Oracle Support
Ability to both work well in a team and on individual projects
Results focused and excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
