Job Scopes:
- Coordinating the completion of all Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Distribution, Planning) accounting and financial reporting activities
- Support cost accounting, financial closing and reporting, leading the risk and control governance for the entire Supply Chain function
- Support Fixed asset & Capex management
- Inventory management, and related activities
- Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
- This role should base in Polomolok to ensure close communication between production team and planning team.
- Bachelor's degree, professional accounting qualification and more than 5 years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area particularly in Agriculture, FMCG or Manufacturing sector
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
- Startup mindset
- Analytical thinkers, excellent leadership and communication skills
- Other technical understanding (SAP, etc)
- Open for Relocation to Polomolok, South Cotabato
